Above The Wake will be hosting their annual Zup Boarding event on Saturday, April 8th from 11am-3pm at Lake Minneola in Clermont. The event is to provide children affected by Autism an opportunity to enjoy a day at the park interacting with family, friends, and the local community while raising Autism Awareness. Wakesurf Orlando will be there along with Tommy's Boats, The Wake'nd Warriors, Boot Camp All Fit, MSU Wake, and Wootown Wakefest to teach children the fundamentals of using a Zup Board alongside Tom Hart, founder of the Above The Wake. Ninjoga will also be joining to provide a paddleboarding experience for all those in attendance. There will be a cookout with hot dogs, hamburgers, and drinks, as well as entertainment and games provided by the University of Florida Gator Wakeboarding Team. At the end of the event, there will be a fund raising raffle with prizes from various event sponsors. Come down with the family or come volunteer to help make the event a success.
